With 80% of New Orleans under water what do the looters hope to accomplish - to die with the most loot? Some people have a bunch of trouble getting their priorities straight.

A crisis of unprecedented magnitude is coming to light as reports filter in from our cousins to the south. Hundreds of thousands of people have lost everything and have nowhere to go.
